Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Teacher to help students develop the language skills and test-taking strategies needed to achieve their target IELTS scores. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, knowledgeable about the IELTS examination, and capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality IELTS lessons focusing on all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. 
• Assess students' language proficiency and identify areas for improvement. 
• Provide individualized feedback and coaching to help students achieve their target band scores. 
• Teach IELTS test-taking strategies, time management techniques, and exam skills. 
• Develop and adapt lesson materials based on students' needs and proficiency levels. 
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and performance. 
• Conduct mock tests and provide detailed performance evaluations. 
• Create a supportive and motivating learning environment. 
• Stay updated on IELTS examination formats, scoring criteria, and best teaching practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field. 
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is preferred. 
• Proven experience teaching IELTS preparation courses. 
• Strong understanding of IELTS assessment criteria and examination structure. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 
• Ability to teach students from various cultural and educational backgrounds. 
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching online and/or face-to-face IELTS classes. 
• Experience preparing students for Academic and General Training IELTS modules. 
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology. 
• Demonstrated success in helping students achieve their target IELTS band scores.
