<p><strong>Your new role</strong></p>
<p>As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Attracting new candidates and sustain a strong talent pool in the market through multiple acquisition method and interviewing them to understand their suitability for roles.</li>
<li>Continuously communicate with candidates to find the most suitable opportunities for them.</li>
<li>Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients, and convincing the clients why said candidate is suitable.</li>
<li>Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.</li>
</ul>
