<li>Achieve company and outlet KIPs &amp; target</li>
<li>Good customers service – provide excellent and professional service to customers</li>
<li>Interacts effectively with customer in delivering product information and completing sales transactions.</li>
<li>Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards</li>
<li>Responsible for outlet operation tasks such as cashiering, stock management, merchandising, etc</li>
<li>Recommend products according to customer needs.</li>
<li>Creative display of products according to the market trend.</li>
<li>Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-organized display</li>
<li>Provide an accurate and appropriate wholesome solution to customers.</li>
<li>Continuous learning and improvement on product knowledge.</li>
<li>Ensure outlet has a healthy inventory with minimal short expiry items.</li>
<li>Assist in handle any other ad hoc duties from time to time when is required.</li>
