Job Description

Assist with month-end closing including revenue journals, cash flow updates, CAPEX/FA schedules, department P&L and variance analysis.

Support tax compliance including tax computations, transfer pricing preparation and double tax deduction documentation.

Maintain and monitor listing of contracts and agreements.

Handle country reporting, MDEC submissions and government surveys.

Support course fee analysis, relocation ledger updates and roll-over file preparation.

Assist with bank documentation and corporate secretary–related finance matters.

Support student mobility/activities-related financial reporting.

Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification across the process area on a continual basis.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting/controlling experience.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.

English and Malay language proficiency, both verbal and written.

Have experience in SAP

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
