Job Description

To lecture/teach the course(s) assigned and cover the syllabi outlined for the assigned course(s) in a logical and readily understood sequence, and in accordance with students’ assignment requirements. Subjects include research methodology and business management related courses. Delivery mode through face-to-face, blended, hybrid, and online learning.

Supervise postgraduate students undertaking research projects, including Master’s project papers, capstone projects, MPhil research, DBA dissertations, and PhD theses (where applicable).

To undertake the role of Programme Leader and provide academic leadership.

To conduct research in areas as per discussion with Head of Department and publish papers and present papers at conferences

To counsel students on appropriate career/academic direction on completion of their course.

To counsel at exhibition fairs which HELP participates.

Job Requirements

Doctoral qualification (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Strategic Management or business management-related discipline.
