Duties & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE Produce a resource-optimized maintenance execution plan, and manage maintenance backlogs
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Compliance to HRC HSSE standards and requirements.
2. Compliance to the GAME Maintenance Execution process.
3. Ensure optimum contractor resource utilization.
4. Accountable to deliver/publish accurate daily and weekly work schedules to the relevant stakeholders.
5. Provide progress update & look ahead resource planning/scheduling.
6. Develop work schedule based on work order backlog that is optimized to the existing resources available.
7. Track and update schedule changes due to interruptions of emergency & schedule breaker work orders.
8. Track & monitor both preventive and reactive work order backlogs.
9. Monitor the level of work order backlog in relation to the availability of resources and recommend improvement plans.
10. Undertakes special assignments as directed by Maintenance Manager.
11. Ensure timely development of optimized work schedules.
12. Ensure work order priority conflicts are resolved.
13. Ensure timely update of work schedule based on the occurrence of reactive work orders, emergency work, schedule breakers, unplanned shutdown and pit-stops.
14. Have knowledge of actual level of resources available with respect to projected level of resources available and its impact on work schedule.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance execution.
2.Basic understanding of maintenance processes, including preventive and reactive maintenance.
Familiarity with work order management and backlog tracking systems(SAP)
3.Ability to develop, update, and optimize work schedules based on available resources and work order priorities.
4.Proficiency in monitoring and adjusting schedules for emergency work, unplanned shutdowns, and schedule breakers.
Communication and Collaboration:
5.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with contractors, maintenance teams, and stakeholders.
6.Capable of providing accurate progress updates, look-ahead plans, and resolving priority conflicts effectively.
7.Commitment to adhering to HSSE standards and the GAME Maintenance Execution process.
8.Awareness of resource availability and its impact on scheduling to ensure compliance with organizational policies and objectives.
Annual limit is RM4,000 per family
Annual wellness reimbursement up to RM800 per annum
An annual reimbursement up to RM1,000 is allowable to cover for dental and optical expenses incurred by employee and eligible family members.
Monthly subsidy up to RM150 per child (Age: 3 months to 6 years) to employees who send their child to licensed Childcare center.

Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad) (HRC) was incorporated in 1960. HRC was listed on the Main Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as the Main Market of Bursa Securities) in 1962.
HRC's refining operations began in 1963 with a single crude distiller operating at a capacity of 20,000 barrels per day Today we are able to produce up to 120,000 barrels per day following several key debottlenecking and growth investments, making us the third largest refinery in Malaysia. MHIL is wholly-owned by Heng Yuan Holdings Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Company Limited (SHPC). The ultimate controlling shareholder of SHPC is Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Group Company Limited.
