Job Description
You will work as a central point of contact among the marketing team itself and internal teams so we can develop and implement marketing strategies smoothly.
You should be organised and comfortable with processing complex data into easily digestible information/ presentations.
As a data-driven team, you will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining our marketing data. You will also help drive some internal processes including the updating and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.

Your Role
- General marketing administration duties including data entry, marketing asset management and documentation
- Work with the whole marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, aligning key messages and product strategy.
- Execute marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date record of project assignments, statuses, and deadlines using project management tools such as jira and trello
- Safeguard and update the team’s existing marketing materials (both online and offline) to be in line with the marketing strategy.
- Provide support, improve work processes and identify and manage risks appropriately
- Assist in the planning and organising of marketing events
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year work experience in Marketing/HR/Admin/Data or related field (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms or ad platforms)
- Proficient with the use of Excel and its formulas ( Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI will be a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with project management tools such as jira, trello or notion will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ideally, experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and being able to effectively apply digital principles to campaigns
- Experience managing external stakeholders and organising events will be a great advantage but not essential
- Experience managing and updating WordPress or Webflow landing pages will be an added advantage but not essential
