<li> Implement data governance policies, data quality standards, data protection standards, and data & digital initiatives adoption across the enterprise.
<li> Deploy, monitor, and manage all data governance practices (e.g. data security, data quality, data access) in the cloud.
<li> Work with vendors/consultants/internal teams on various digital and analytics projects and apply the best practices for internal usage.
<li> Perform various analytics to improve internal operations, digital & data adoption, and customer experience.

<li> Web & App Development
<li> Develop digital applications such as mobile apps and web apps related to various operations.
<li> Collect detailed user and technical requirements, analyze collected requirements, translate them into programming solutions, and ensure identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
<li> Create app or website updates, including bug fixes and additional features upgrades for app or website enhancement release.
<li> Work with project stakeholders to develop an enhanced user experience.
<li> Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code that follows best practices and standards.
<li> Follow best practices related to development, testing, and change management procedures.
<li> Write and maintain system documentation.
<li> Prepare test plans for user acceptance test of new applications and enhancements. 
<li> Participate in the entire product’s lifecycle (analyze, develop, test, release, maintenance, support, and sustain).
<li> Integrate APIs from internal and external sources.
<li> Investigate, troubleshoot, and debug to optimize app or website performance.
<li> Build knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
<li> Work with vendors to co-develop new or existing mobile apps or websites.</ul>


This job is for an Associate Data Management &amp; Digital Development position.
