Job Description

Alignment of Business Requirements and System Functions:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications that align with the capabilities of our ERP system.

Effective Communication:

• Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization, from top management to end users. 
• Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions in a manner that is easily understandable to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

Business Information Management:

• Possess a solid understanding of business information and documents, including but not limited to financial reports, inventory records, and production schedules. 
• Leveraging BI tools to extract actionable insights from data. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the ERP system, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.

System Logic Development and Database Understanding:

• Develop and implement system logic enhancements to support evolving business requirements. 
• Utilize AI technologies to automate routine tasks and improve system intelligence. Have a fundamental understanding of database structures to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

ERP Business Process Expertise:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in manufacturing and agriculture sectors. 
• Utilize this knowledge to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within our organization.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the system. Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.

Software Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify bugs and ensure they meet the business requirements. 
• Utilize both manual and automated testing methods to verify the integrity and reliability of the system.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system design, test plans, and user manuals. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 2 year experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with basic system logic development and database structures.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI): Demonstrated experience with BI tools and techniques, such as data visualization, reporting, and analytics. 
• Ability to harness BI solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance.
•  Past Experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and conducting thorough testing of software applications using both manual and automated methods. Ability to ensure the quality and functionality of systems.

Good to have:

• In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes, particularly in manufacturing and agriculture.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI): Understanding of AI concepts and applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. Ability to leverage AI technologies to automate processes, uncover patterns in data, and drive innovation within the organization.
• Past Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Automated Testing: Proven experience in using RPA tools to automate testing processes.
• Ability to develop and implement automated testing scripts to enhance the efficiency and reliability of software testing.
