Job Description

 

  • Define project goals and objectives.
  • To liaison with clients on job commencement date, deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done.
  • Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
  • Organise, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures,processes and systems.
  • Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
  • To facilitate in seminars, road-shows, exhibitions and trainings. 
  • To prepare advisory presentation material, quotation, proposal and agreement.
  • To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and current customers.
  • To co-ordinate with cross functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies.
  • To provide constant customers’ feedback or request to the management.
  • To share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer and capture in a formal manner.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

 

  • Possess a diploma/ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Good people skills and pleasant personality.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office such as World, Excel and Power Point.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
