Job Description
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
- Conduct standard & customized product presentation
- Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
- Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
- Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
- Keep abreast of software & hardware technology.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience in CNC Miling Machine and post processor
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering
