Job Description

Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
Conduct standard & customized product presentation
Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
Keep abreast of software & hardware technology.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years working experience in CNC Miling Machine and post processor
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering
