We are seeking a mid-to-senior Full Stack Developer to join their APAC innovation team. This role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining applications and platforms that power both client-facing projects and internal workflow automation systems. You will contribute across the full stack, play a key role in architectural decisions, and help shape the technology stack for next-generation AI-powered platforms and tools.

Development &amp; Engineering
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and services across front-end and back-end.</li>
<li>Write robust, reusable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and libraries.</li>
<li>Manage and optimise SQL and NoSQL databases for performance, scalability, and security.</li>
<li>Build workflow automations and API integrations for internal and client systems.</li>
<li>Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li>
<li>Manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure smooth and reliable releases. </li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Delivery
<ul>
<li>Translate business and creative requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with design, data, and client services teams to deliver intuitive, reliable applications.</li>
<li>Contribute to delivery of platforms such as Social Transformation Cloud, Voicebox, and UNBOX.</li>
<li>Balance hands-on coding with architectural oversight to ensure quality and scalability. </li>
</ul>
Mentorship &amp; Team Growth

<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain best practices, coding standards, and documentation. </li>
</ul>
Research &amp; Innovation

<li>Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI, workflow automation, and cloud-first systems.</li>
<li>Support R&amp;D initiatives for AI-powered platforms, digital neighbourhood tools, and new applications.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and LLM features into products and workflows.</li>
