We are seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Analyst to design and deliver AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions within a global technology environment. This high-impact role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on development using technologies such as Python, SQL, Azure, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
You will play a key role in building scalable AI solutions, improving automation capabilities, and establishing engineering best practices, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy developing end-to-end solutions, solving complex problems, and mentoring junior engineers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

<li>Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures using Python, SQL, and Azure-based technologies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and deploy AI and LLM-driven solutions to support automation, document processing, and decision-making capabilities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and maintain data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data to support AI and analytics initiatives. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and engineering standards to ensure high-quality and secure deployments. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Optimize solution performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions within Agile frameworks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and team members to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.</li>
