Job Description

• Lead the overall finance strategy and financial operations of the Group, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee the financial performance of the payments and credit card business, including portfolio profitability, settlements, interchange revenue, and transaction volumes.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and IFRS/MFRS financial reporting standards.
• Manage financial risks, internal controls, fraud, chargebacks, and credit risk to safeguard the business.
• Partner with senior management to drive business growth, support new product launches, strategic planning, and lead the finance team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred).
• 10–15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in payments, card issuing, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations, IFRS/MFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with Visa/Mastercard, interchange, MDR, settlement processes, and credit risk/ECL is highly preferred.
