Job Description

    • Focus on lead generation for international revenue streams, seek out grants and funding from international institutions to support business growth and development, aligning with the company’s objectives and driving commission-based earnings. 
    • Lead the full sales cycle - from lead generation and cold calling to consultations, presentations, and closing deals, you will manage the complete sales process, particularly in international markets. 
    • Screen potential business deals, evaluate market strategies, assess financial viability, and identify opportunities for growth in Southeast Asia and beyond. 
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with our marketing and technology ecosystem to enhance the company’s international reputation and revenue generation. 
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to drive cross-border business development initiatives and meet company goals. 
    • Oversee sales cash flow, coordinate with finance teams, and ensure timely collection from international clients.

Job Requirements

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any related field. 
    • At least 3-7 years of working experience in any related field, with a preference for candidates with exposure to international markets. 
    • Experience in international organizations or government bodies is a plus.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, fast-thinking, sales and marketing, negotiation, time management, and planning organizational skills.
    • Goal and target-oriented, detailed, responsible, proactive, efficient, disciplined, and positive. 
    • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
    • Strong team player with the ability to engage and motivate teams to achieve targets. 
    • Resourceful, driven, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. 
    • Must possess own transport and laptop. 
    • Able to make rational analyses of prospective clients and strategically fit their needs, especially in international contexts. 
    • Able to communicate fluently in English and local languages (Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia / Filipino). Proficiency in other languages is an advantage. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel). 
    • Familiarity with cultural and business practices specific to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Laos is a significant advantage.
