Job Description

• Assist in filming high-production ad shoots using Sony A7III cameras, DJI gimbals, and lighting setups.
• Shoot and edit organic-style social media content using iPhone + CapCut for TikTok and Instagram. 
• Support monthly ad shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and product showcases.
• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro for polished campaigns, with basic motion graphics in After Effects.
• Perform colour correction, audio syncing, and post-production polishing to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Assist in product and lifestyle photography for e-commerce and marketing. 
• Create mood boards and plan visual concepts to align with the branding. 
• Set up lighting, backdrops, and art direction to ensure high-quality, aesthetic shots. 
• Stage and arrange props/products to enhance the storytelling of each shoot. 
• Support the senior in executing visually compelling photography. 
• Help set up, organise, and maintain in-house photo & video studio.
• Assist in lighting setup, prop arrangement, and on-set coordination to ensure smooth shoots. 
• Support with equipment maintenance and preparation.
• Work closely with the Senior Videographer, creative team, and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of content. 
• Take initiative—suggest new video ideas, improve processes, and bring fresh creative energy to the team.
• Learn high-level production techniques and grow into a more advanced role within the organisation. 

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in videography, photography, or editing (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome!)
• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and shot composition.
• Proficiency in video editing tools – Premiere Pro (high production) & CapCut (organic content).
• Strong visual storytelling skills – able to capture content that stops the scroll.
• Reliable and proactive – takes initiative and problem-solves on the go.
• Team player – able to collaborate with different creatives and departments.
