What will you need to do:

📌 Conceptualize and produce a high volume of creative video content ideas for social media (minimum 3 videos per day)

📌 Shoot compelling videos using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and other relevant equipment

📌 Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other tools like CapCut

📌 Write engaging video scripts, descriptions and social copy

📌 Optimize videos for performance by incorporating hooks, value propositions and calls-to-action

📌 Analyze video performance metrics and pivot content strategy based on data insights

📌 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction and brand voice

📌 Engage with online communities by responding to comments and direct messages

📌 Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends and best practices

Job Requirements

You would be a good asset if you have: 

✅ 1-2 years of experience in video production, ideally focused on short-form social videos

✅ Expert proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.

✅ Strong skills in videography, photography, graphic design and visual storytelling

✅ Excellent copywriting abilities to create catchy video descriptions and captions

✅ Knowledge of best practices for content creation on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms

✅ Ability to work independently and meet daily video creation targets

✅ Great collaborative skills to work effectively across teams

✅ Passion for social media, creativity and trendsetting content from agency background!
