the face of our brands on TikTok and other live commerce platforms. Your main
responsibility is to drive real-time conversions by hosting engaging, persuasive, and
product-focused livestreams.
Key Responsibilities
Live Streaming
• Host regular live selling sessions on TikTok and other platforms (Shopee Live,
Lazada Live, etc.).
• Present products in a way that is engaging, informative, and persuasive to drive
immediate purchases.
• Manage the full livestream experience: prep talking points, select products,
rehearse key messages, coordinate with the marketing team.
Sales & Conversion Focus
• Understand each product’s unique selling points and craft conversion-driven
scripts and selling angles.
• Monitor live session performance in real-time (viewership, engagement,
conversions), and adjust tactics as needed.
• Strategically plan limited-time offers, bundles, and promo shoutouts during
streams.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing team for traffic support and promos.
Audience Engagement
• Interact with live viewers through Q&As, shoutouts, product demos, and realtime feedback.
• Build rapport with the audience and create a loyal live commerce following.
• Encourage user engagement through games, giveaways, and call-to-action
prompts.
Post-Live Analysis & Planning
• Report on each live session's performance: views, watch time, conversion rates,
top-performing products.
• Share feedback and insights with the marketing team to refine messaging, offers,
and campaign strategy.
• Assist in content ideation for short-form video content (reels, TikToks)
repurposed from live footage.
Experience in hosting livestreams, sales presentations, or public speaking.
• Comfortable being on camera, with a natural and energetic screen presence.
• Ability to sell persuasively and think on your feet during live interactions.
• Familiar with TikTok Live and/or Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or Instagram Live.
• Familiar with live streaming policies across all marketplaces.
