About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts while ensuring PR campaigns are executed smoothly from strategy to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and has a strong track record in media relations, campaign execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.</li>
<li>Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Translate campaign strategies into actionable timelines and work plans.</li>
<li>Lead weekly client meetings, status updates, and WIP sessions.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and media exposure.</li>
<li>Resolve operational issues before escalating to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Execution
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute PR campaigns across earned media, influencer marketing, and content initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop press materials, pitch decks, campaign briefs, and social media storyboards.</li>
<li>Coordinate press conferences, media launches, interviews, and PR activations.</li>
<li>Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign deliverables to maintain quality standards.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting.</li>
</ul>
Media Relations
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners.</li>
<li>Lead media outreach including press releases, story pitches, and interview coordination.</li>
<li>Identify newsworthy angles and secure media coverage that supports client positioning.</li>
<li>Monitor media trends and proactively identify new opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Influencer &amp; Content Management
<ul>
<li>Identify and manage influencers and KOLs aligned with campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Handle sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and content planning.</li>
<li>Oversee influencer briefings, content development, and approval processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate posting schedules and ensure deliverables are met.</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Mentor and guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.</li>
<li>Allocate tasks clearly and monitor team progress.</li>
<li>Review written materials before submission to clients or senior leadership.</li>
<li>Support junior team members in improving pitching, writing, and client communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Track campaign performance and media coverage.</li>
<li>Prepare clear and structured campaign reports.</li>
<li>Analyse coverage quality, audience reach, and message alignment.</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.</li>
</ul>
