About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts while ensuring PR campaigns are executed smoothly from strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Translate campaign strategies into actionable timelines and work plans.
- Lead weekly client meetings, status updates, and WIP sessions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and media exposure.
- Resolve operational issues before escalating to senior leadership.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute PR campaigns across earned media, influencer marketing, and content initiatives.
- Develop press materials, pitch decks, campaign briefs, and social media storyboards.
- Coordinate press conferences, media launches, interviews, and PR activations.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign deliverables to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting.
Media Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners.
- Lead media outreach including press releases, story pitches, and interview coordination.
- Identify newsworthy angles and secure media coverage that supports client positioning.
- Monitor media trends and proactively identify new opportunities.
Influencer & Content Management
- Identify and manage influencers and KOLs aligned with campaign objectives.
- Handle sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and content planning.
- Oversee influencer briefings, content development, and approval processes.
- Coordinate posting schedules and ensure deliverables are met.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
- Allocate tasks clearly and monitor team progress.
- Review written materials before submission to clients or senior leadership.
- Support junior team members in improving pitching, writing, and client communication skills.
Reporting & Insights
- Track campaign performance and media coverage.
- Prepare clear and structured campaign reports.
- Analyse coverage quality, audience reach, and message alignment.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
