<p><strong>Job Descriptions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible to lead the team to identify &amp; pursue new project opportunities through networking, client outreach &amp; industry events.</li>
<li>Responsible to train, oversee and lead the team to be capable in managing and coordinating all work enquiries from customers, including of but not limited to managing tender invitation, preparation of tender, preparation of technical proposal, cost estimation, project schedule, enquiries and calls from clients.</li>
<li>Responsible in leading the team to facilitate the whole tender, sales enquiry process to obtaining project and sales order.</li>
<li>Responsible to deal with clients to get the details and clarify specific requirements of each tender.</li>
<li>Responsible to oversee and ensure the team is working on design for new enquiries and obtain costing for fabrication and equipment with the team</li>
<li>Responsible to oversee and ensure the team is well verse on CAD (Computer-aided design) software, such as Autocad to create drawing.</li>
<li>Responsible to review construction plans &amp; preparing quantity requirements. Scrutinizing fabrication &amp; material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deal.</li>
<li>Ensure the team follow up the outstanding sales quotation and negotiate with the respective stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure the team follow up the necessary job orders from clients and handover all documents to Project Management Teams, to monitor the work progress of the awarded job.</li>
<li>Monitor the purchases well and ensure all material and equipment are purchased accordingly without delay.</li>
<li>Liaise with the finance to ensure the proper documentations have been submitted to finance team to arrange for the invoices to clients on time.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationship with clients at all times by understanding their needs &amp; expectations.</li>
<li>Actively involved in project management through robust working list control and monitoring across various stakeholders.</li>
<li>Project Planning &amp; Execution by developing comprehensive project plans. Ensure adherence to project schedule. Assist in developing &amp; maintaining detailed project schedule, identifying critical path &amp; monitoring progress.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality &amp; safety with contractors and customers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project team members, contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication &amp; collaboration</li>
<li>Lead &amp; manage a cross functional team. Assign task, monitor &amp; provide guidance to ensure project success</li>
<li>Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, financial report &amp; risk assessment. Prepare technical reports, documentation &amp; project update with project stakeholders</li>
