• Good communication skills with potential clients.
• Interior design background (preferably).
• Meeting with the customer, site visits to collect information.
• To coordinate quotation and visual based on client requirement.
• Meeting clients to propose/advise 3D design and obtain their acceptance.
• Being involved or assisting in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of
  Material used.
• Coordinate with designers and project team to ensure smooth operation and
  handover of the project.
• To complete a project given within the deadline.
• Able to specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall
  finishes, flooring, bathroom fixtures & etc (preferably).
• Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.
• Follow up on work progress to ensure the proposed design and/or project is
  completed on time.

Job Requirements

• A diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Designer.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max or similar software (preferred).
• Experience in project design, including Photoshop elevations and 3D renderings.
• Strong sense of art and design aesthetics.
• Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Punctual, able to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Must possess own transport.
