Job Description

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential customers within the target market.
      • Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
      • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
    • Sales Process:
      • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
      • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
      • Address customer concerns and objections professionally and persuasively.
      • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to maximize profitability.
      • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions for customer needs.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
      • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sales.
      • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
    • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
      • Accurately track and forecast sales activities and pipeline.
      • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of ERP and retail solutions, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
