Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead their development team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications using our core tech stack: Vue.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will also play a crucial role in designing system architecture and ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise solutions, including ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, architectural design, and software development methodologies are followed.
• System Architecture & Design: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Enterprise System Expertise: Develop and integrate enterprise-level systems such as ERP solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and business process automation.
• Web Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Vue.js and Node.js.
• Backend & API Development: Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js, following best security and performance practices.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases for high availability and efficient data processing.
• DevOps and Deployment: Oversee deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure for seamless application operations.
• Security & Performance Optimization: Implement security best practices, optimize system performance, and conduct code reviews.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and development guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in full-stack development, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Vue.js for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with backend development using Node.js.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable system architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications such as ERP and their integration within business operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in software development.
