Job Description

• Work closely with sales team to identify customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations for potential clients to highlight the capabilities of the products.
• Assist in the evaluation of customer requirements, recommending appropriate products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to provide customer feedback and input for product improvements.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and training materials for internal teams and customers.
• Travel to customer sites for technical assessments and consultations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience
• Relevant experience in printing industry will be an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to deadlines
• Result oriented
