Job Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote upcoming events and brand initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of company and event social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content (captions, visuals, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with event timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the design and event teams to align marketing content with event themes and brand direction.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive attendance and brand awareness.
• Engage with online audiences — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within events, entertainment, or creative industries
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
• Passionate about events, creativity, and audience engagement.
