Job Description

• Lead Laravel Development projects from inception to delivery, thriving in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Engage in technical discussions on business requirements and provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of up to 5 Laravel developers, including code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications, modules, and components.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with Backend Teams to provide innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to web projects, including architecture diagrams, coding standards, and system configurations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Laravel Development, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience (front-end/full-stack), preferably with Laravel Framework.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), MySQL, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with UI libraries (Bootstrap/Tailwind) and responsive web design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Proven experience in developing websites or web applications with medium to high traffic.
• Experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and guiding developers in web development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in web applications.
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development and familiarity with highly scalable and distributed systems.
