Job Description

To assist in daily warehouse operations including material receiving, storage management, dispatching, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures efficient material flow, compliance with warehouse safety and 6S standards, and supports continuous improvement in warehouse productivity and quality.

Material Handling & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and dispatch materials according to company procedures.
• Manage storage locations and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper labeling.
• Perform data entry and verify all related documentation in ERP/accounting systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and submit warehouse-related reports; conduct regular stock counts and adjustments.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Execute and maintain 6S activities (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) within the warehouse.
• Ensure safe and proper handling during loading and unloading operations.
• Carry out safety checks and material security tasks; participate in initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and quality.

Stock Control & Waste Handling

• Plan and maintain proper identification and arrangement of storage areas.
• Monitor and control stockpiled materials, including obsolete or waste products, in compliance with company policies.
• Support warehouse improvement projects and process optimization activities.

Job Requirements

Educational Level: Technical secondary school (inclusive) or above.

Professional Qualification: Not required.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Knowledge / Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system usage; forklift certificate preferred.

Others: Physically fit, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
