About Us: We are a fast-moving e-commerce brand in the health & wellness space, where we scaled from 0 to 8 mil in 2025. We don't do "boring corporate." We are building a brand IP that connects with real people. We are looking for a creative partner, not just a video editor. 

What You Will Do (Your Impact):

• Own the Edit: You will turn raw footage into viral-worthy content. We need those fast-paced cuts, trending effects, and sound design that keeps people watching.
• Visual Aesthetics: Create marketing visuals, social media content, design posters, edit brand video, design cover photos and promotional graphics for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product and content teams to understand project goals, brainstorm ideas, execute design revisions, and deliver on deadlines. 
• Have Marketing Sense: Knows what color, what design that is eye-catching and converts people.

Job Requirements

• Tool Master: You are highly proficient in JianYing (剪映), Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and AI tools.
• Proactive & Hungry: You don't ask "What should I do today?" You come to the meeting with answers.
• Language: Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices in Chinese-speaking communities.
• Responsible and Reliable: We only focus on results, and we hate micromanagement. So you will need to be working independently.
• Adaptability: Here, everything changes quickly. You will need to be fast adapting, quick and hungry for new knowledge, and execute fast. Creatives working last month might not work this month.
• Freshgrads are welcomed: As long as you are creative and have the hunger for knowledge, we want you!
• Language: Demonstrated full professional mastery of Chinese is required for reading and writing.
