What you need to do: 

• Overseeing E-Commerce Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including website management, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory control.
  管理电子商务运营: 负责电子商务平台的日常运营，包括网站管理、订单履行、物流和库存控制。
• Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize online store performance and drive revenue growth.
  销售与绩效分析: 监控并分析销售数据、客户行为和市场趋势，以优化在线商店的业绩并推动收入增长。
• Marketing and Promotional Strategies: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  营销和促销策略: 规划并执行数字营销活动、促销活动和广告策略，以提升品牌知名度并提高客户参与度。
• Team Management and Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and IT support, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

• Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and data security standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operation
  至少3年电子商务运营管理的实际经验。
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Familiar with e-commerce and social media platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook).
  对电商和社交媒体平台（如 Shopee、Lazada 和 Facebook）熟悉了解。
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices, especially in Chinese-speaking communities.
  熟悉数字营销趋势和实践，尤其是在中文社区中。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
