Job Description

To coordinate and complete due diligence and request for information (RFI) from distributors or potential clients

To formulate new product launches programs, presentation slides and sales kit

To support in the production of market outlook write-ups for distribution channels

To prepare and/or update monthly marketing materials

To attend to fund queries by investors or distributors

To assist in the planning , coordinating and initiating of marketing and promotional activities

To assist in the on-boarding of new clients

To back up for Customer Service to attend to queries

Job Requirements

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking / Economics / Commerce/ Business /Marketing / Management/ Communications

Required skills: Advanced level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Required language: English. Additional languages will be an extra advantage

Strong written and verbal skill

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required – Sales/ Marketing/ Client Servicing

Client-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of the fund management industry

Creative marketing ability

Organised and able to multi-task

Pleasant personality

Added advantage if candidate has FIMM license
