Who We Are
Hong Leong Capital Berhad (“HLCB”) was incorporated under the Act on 25 February 1991 under the name of Zalik Berhad. The company changed its name to HLG Capital Berhad on 1 December 1995 and subsequently assumed its present name on 4 November 2010. HLCB was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 30 January 1992.
HLCB is an investment holding company while its subsidiaries are principally involved in investment banking, stockbroking business, futures broking, related financial services, nominees and custodian services, unit trust management, fund management and sale of unit trusts.
