Job Description

Program Overview
The 12-month Regional Wealth Management (RWM) Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain invaluable insights into the world of Wealth Management. Through a series of job rotations across Priority Banking Centers and the service teams, you will develop a holistic understanding of our operations, products and services, preparing you for a successful career within Wealth Management. 

Program Structure:
  • Structured 12-month program with hands-on experience and exposure to different business units (Relationship Management, Client Services & Advisory)
  • Mentoring and guidance from industry experts, nurturing your professional growth
  • At the end of the program, you will be deployed either as a Priority Banking Relationship Manager (sales) or a Priority Banking Service Manager (non-sales).


Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with
  • Degree in any related field with a min CGPA of 3.2 and above, or Diploma holders with less than 2 years with relevant working experience
  • Passion to succeed in a Wealth Advisory and Client Relationship Management career within Wealth Management
  • Strong relationship management skills and problem-solving abilities
