Job Description

A 21 Months program designed to provide fresh graduates an accelerated, all access pass to fast track your careers in banking.

Our Management Associate Programme is an all rounded, structured and future-focused programme to keep you ahead of the pack. Your journey with us will consist of being exposed to cross functional teams through projects, working and learning with a variety of departments and managers, as well as receiving formal training in the fundamentals of banking, project management and more.

Program Framework

70% - Projects

You will be entrusted to handle and manage front, middle and back office projects sponsored by senior management. These dynamic projects will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, as they have direct impact on businesses. These projects will also aid you in your transition to management.

20% - Learning Through Others

We believe that development opportunities do not only come from working on projects, but how well you work in teams and with various stakeholders as well. You will be coached by line managers, mentored by C-Suite and be exposed to cross-functional teams.

10% - Formal Training

You will be given training on basic but essential knowledge that will serve as the foundation of your career in banking. This includes on-boarding, fundamentals of banking, product information, leading self and project management skills.

Job Requirements

Masters or Bachelor’s degree holder from an internationally recognized university
Minimum CGPA 3.25 or its equivalent
Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
Possesses the following attributes :
