Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and other digital channels
  
• Create engaging visuals and short-form video creatives that resonate with target audiences
  
• Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns—including content creation, automation, and analysis
  
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, email subject lines, and content strategies
  
• Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and continuously improve performance
  
• Document all test results, campaign strategies, and key learnings to build a performance knowledge base
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all creatives and emails
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and email marketing

• A minimum of a Diploma in a related field.
• At least 1 year of solid experience in a Digital Marketing role or equivalent.
• Experience working in a digital marketing and advertising company is an advantage.
• Basic experience in executing and managing ads across various channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, SEM) is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and SMS.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Basic skills and experience in ad creative and copywriting.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
