We are a fun and young startup with huge ambitious in executing our plan to be one of the best sustainable and natural Malaysian Brand. We are now a team of 6 persons, expanding our teams to grow the brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and other digital channels </li>
<li>Create engaging visuals and short-form video creatives that resonate with target audiences </li>
<li>Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns—including content creation, automation, and analysis </li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, email subject lines, and content strategies </li>
<li>Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and continuously improve performance </li>
<li>Document all test results, campaign strategies, and key learnings to build a performance knowledge base </li>
<li>Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all creatives and emails </li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and email marketing</li>
</ul>
