WHAT YOU’LL DO:

<li>Plan, run, and optimize paid ads (Google, Meta(FB/IG), TikTok).</li>
<li>Work with our SEO agency to grow organic traffic and track performance.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign results and turn data into clear, actionable insights.</li>
<li>Test and improve landing pages, ads, and funnels to increase conversions.</li>
<li>Support email marketing and CRM campaigns (newsletters, remarketing, lead nurturing).</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, social media team, and other departments to deliver campaigns smoothly.</li>
<li>Create and appear in marketing videos (e.g. campaign explainers, product features).</li>
<li>Contribute to social media content strategy and ensure posts align with growth goals.</li>
<li>Perform market research and competitor benchmarking when needed.</li>
<li>Double-check all outputs (ads, reports, dashboards) to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li>
