Job Description

As a Multimedia Designer at Incubase Studio, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling multimedia content for exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns. Your role will involve designing animations, videos, interactive displays, and other digital assets that enhance visitor experiences and align with IP themes. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Team, Marketing Team, and Project Management Team to deliver high-quality multimedia solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Content Creation:

• Design and produce multimedia content, including animations, videos, interactive displays, and digital installations.
• Develop visual assets that align with IP themes and enhance the overall visitor experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure multimedia designs align with overall exhibition and event branding.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create digital assets for promotional campaigns and social media.

Technical Execution:

• Use industry-standard software and tools to create high-quality multimedia content.
• Ensure all digital assets are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Innovation & Trends:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and digital experiences.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance exhibitions and events through multimedia.

Quality Control:

• Test and review multimedia content to ensure it meets quality standards and functions as intended.
• Make adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia design, animation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Unity).
• Strong creative and technical skills with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, adhering to client briefs and delivering engaging solutions.
• Enthusiasm for anime, Japanese pop culture and international films is a plus point.
