Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative Videographer & Video Editor who is passionate about short-form social media storytelling. This role will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that help build the personal brand of our CEO across social media platforms.

As we have pioneered many successful brands from scratch such as WORLD OF BUZZ, Lobak Merah, and NOODOU, we are looking for an ambitious individual who wants strong career growth and the opportunity to build another impactful brand from the ground up.

As you'll be a pioneer of this content initiative, this role offers significant career trajectory, with the opportunity to shape the direction of the team as it grows.

Jobscope:

• Shoot short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for social media platforms (mainly on phone)
• Edit short-form videos optimized for high engagement and platform algorithms.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure videos are fast-paced, visually appealing, and attention-grabbing within the first few seconds.
• Take initiative in proposing new video ideas, formats, and creative executions.
• Continuously improve content quality based on performance and engagement insights.

Job Requirements

• Experience in videography and video editing, especially for social media content.
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable shooting on-location or in dynamic environments when required.
