Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target companies within Hong Kong and surrounding regions.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in company products/services.
• Generating new business leads through various channels and setting up appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
• Attend online webinars (if required) to build new contacts.
• Cross-check all orders, issue finalize invoices and maintaining sales records from time to time.
• Compile monthly sales reports and present to departmental HOD.
• Handle all sales administrative task including filling, customer enquiries.
• Assist to upselling existing products related to HR payroll software.
• Acts as customer/sales force liaison for quote/order clarification.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Able to read and write in Traditional Chinese and English.
• Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Good relationship building and networking with clients from previous experience.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
