Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for all matter relating to clients’ needs and concerns
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Develop new business with existing clients and acquire new clients to meet sales quotas
- Able to communicate and prospect company’s solution offerings to clients
- Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets client’s requirements and expectation
- Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast
- Participating in tender and other bids activities
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following areas:
- Application Related Solution
- Infrastructure/Network Solution/Virtualization/Managed Services
- IT Security Management Solution
- Experience in Govt and/or GLC client engagement is a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
