Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to clients’ need
- Build long-term relationships with customers by maintaining strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Develop new business opportunities with existing customer and acquire new customers to meet the assigned sales quota
- Build strategic business plan to expand company’s client base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new technology and competition landscape
- Able to communicate and prospect company’s solution offerings to clients
- Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets customer’s requirement and expectation
- Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast
- Participating in tender and other bids activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following areas:
- Application Related Solution
- Infrastructure/Network Solution/Virtualization/Managed Services
- IT Security Management Solution
- Experience in direct enterprise accounts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
