Job Description
- Negotiating and drafting legal documents
- Has experience in various IT industry related agreements such as tenders/RFPs, NDAs, guarantee and indemnity, teaming agreements, channel partner (reseller/distributor) agreements, maintenance/managed service agreements, supply, procurement agreements, equipment rental/lease, insurance contracts as well as office tenancy agreements
- Review tender documents and advise stakeholder on compliance to company policies when pursuing a bid i.e. ensuring proper approvals are in place in order to manage risk, commitment, service, and commercials
- Managing and administering all company contracts and legal documents
- Providing support in various corporate transactions and regional projects
- Involvement in developing and executing various contract models and processes for business needs
- Keeping abreast with the latest legal developments and compliance measures
- Liaising with external consultants
Job Requirements
- Possess minimum of 4 years of post-qualified experience in in-house practice
- Possess a degree in Bachelor of Law or equivalent
- Must have experience in IT Industry
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate commercial law
- Possess cross border transaction experience / regional exposure with a well-known global company
- Well-articulated with strong communication and business partnering skills
- Possessing regional knowledge is considered an advantage
