Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications in Java, PHP and Javascript.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful services and APIs to support web and mobile application.
- Work together with principles, customer and team to define API requirements
- Ensure API security and authentication mechanisms are robust.
- Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Conduct code reviews and impalement improvements to enhance API functionality.
- Maintain and enhance existing software solutions, troubleshooting and debugging as necessary.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide L1/L2 support to end-users.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and PHP development.
- 1-3+ years of experience in developing APIs
- Familiar with API authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, API keys, and tokens) and concepts (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Restful API design patterns and hands-on experience in web services-RESTful.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Spring, Laravel, VueJS, NodeJS is a plus.
- Experience with database design (SQL & Oracle).
