Innity is a digital marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. Innity’s solutions provide a combination of creative advertising, content and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, operating and maintaining Innity & Core Advertising Platform.

• Develop, operate and maintain Innity's Core Advertising Platform.
• Be the senior developer of Innity platforms, applications and systems.
• Explore advertising technology.
• Keep up to date with Innity products and industry knowledge.
• Explore software development technologies (EDA, cloud native, ECS, etc.), programming languages (Go, Python, etc.) and experience / interest in AI, ML & BigData.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or have equivalent concrete work experience.
• PHP programming using Laravel framework (frontend, backend, API).
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS & Alicloud), and experience in implementing cloud technology like AWS Redis, Redshift, EDA & ECS.
• Knowledge or experience in other languages like Javascript, SQL, Go, Python.
• Knowledge or experience in Big Data handling and AI inference.
• Knowledge in digital advertising technology & industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of software developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
