Job Description
- Perform data entry for purchase order creation, purchase order receiving, and customer order creation, good receive entry and etc.
- Inventory receiving data verification and confirmation
- Inventory system data verification and confirmation.
- To assist reporting team verify and provide cost variance analysis.
- Month End Closing supports.
- Financial Year End Closing matters
- Audit and others authorities supporting requirements
- Perform other related duties as required by superior and company.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ambitious fresh graduated candidate are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- Computer skills eg. Interim level of Microsoft Words or Microsoft Excel and etc
- Good Interpersonal competencies, attention to details and hands on person.
- Able to work independently and in the team with minimum supervision
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Good command of spoken English & written English
- Required to occasionally provide support in US time zone
