We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our dynamic Sales Team as Corporate Sales Consultants. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to break into business development, this role offers hands-on experience, professional training, and a clear path to success. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not required—we’ll equip you with everything you need to thrive.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research and gather data to support sales strategies
• Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of client accounts
• Set, track, and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Develop a strong understanding of our certification programs and value proposition
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve sales approaches
• Represent IERP® with professionalism, passion, and purpose

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly resilient
• Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and business acumen
• Comfortable with cold calling and inside sales activities
• A team player who brings new ideas to the table and embraces strategic thinking
• Passion for professional development and continuous learning
