Job Description

1. Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analysing sales options.
2. Developing relationships with clients and recommending solutions.
3. Generate and qualify leads.
4. Contact businesses and private individuals to promote products.
5. Develop and maintain client database
6. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
7. Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
8. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
9. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the clients.
10. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific individual
11. Respond to sales inquiry and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
12. Record client details and details of the transaction.
13. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity.
14. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
15. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
16. Carry out market research and surveys.
17. Support in sales events for both online and offline.
18. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum need 2 - 3 years Sales experience.
2. Have experience in Zoom and Webinar. 
3. Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
4. Able to do Public Speaking.
