Job Description

 Interspace operates the largest CPA(cost per action) affiliate marketing network in Japan and South East Asia with the brand known as Accesstrade.

Accesstrade has connected with over 15,600 campaigns and 1.1 million publishers over the years. The Malaysian company was officially launched in 2018.

WHAT WE DO

Accesstrade provides affiliate marketing services to advertisers and publishers. Advertisers increase sales of their products through advertisements by the publishers whereas publishers earn commissions from the advertisers in return of the sales they generate through promotion. Accesstrade's service is to assist and support both parties to gain more sales and commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. 
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, including product/service-related concerns, billing inquiries, and technical problems.
  • Process sales orders, prepare sales validation reports, payment status updates, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that it aligns with the campaign's requirement
  • Stay up-to-date with campaign promotions and ensure Brieds and Banners are updated and properly communicated to the sales team.
  • Day-to-day campaign monitoring and fraud checking
  • Gather and relay improvement feedback and insights to the sales and product development teams.
  • Assist in preparing sales-related analysis, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in analyzing sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in our CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and information to customers about product features, usage, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and share best practices.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of digital marketing, account management, and market/consumer behavior analysis.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce campaigns and business models, affiliate and/or programmatic platforms, and performance marketing tracker. Proactive, self-motivated, and well organized.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to have

  • Good understanding of the Google Platform. 
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Basic affiliate marketing/digital marketing knowledge. 
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good on market research & trends.
