Job Description

• Data categorization and processing for different types of projects and business needs
• Building and designing daily, weekly, monthly reports based on categorized/processed data
• Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance of various business channels and social media
• Working with data crawler and extracting data using several proprietary tools
• Compile, analyze, organize, and tabulate extracted data to identify data patterns and insights
• Building various graphs, charts, tables, and visuals to represent data insights in client reports
• Designing reports and presentation slides according to brand aesthetics and censorship to ensure protection of sensitive client information
• Regularly present reports and findings to both internal teams and external business clients
• Any other projects assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Vietnamese language and relevant dialects as well as Fluent in English.
• Currently studying bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, marketing, communications.
• Proficient in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel (Pivot Table) or any other visualizing and/or presentation tools, such as MS PowerPoint.
• Possess an analytical mindset with passion to connect data and discover new area of knowledge.
• Flexible with work arrangements and sociable, able to speak and present in front of small to medium groups.
• Work well under the pressure of tight deadlines, and possess healthy self-confidence especially in demanding situations.
• Able to maintain your own performance, both individually and as a member of a rigorous team, with and without supervision.
• Willingness to learn and develop at all times.  
• Immediate commencement; minimum commitment of 4 months. Preferably 6-8 months internship.
