Job Description

Please find below the updated criteria for the new FICO Hire as reference.

1. MUST HAVE  

Technical

• Expertise in SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC – Cost Roll).
• Strong proficiency in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM).
• In-depth knowledge of FICO business processes and taxation (VAT, GST, withholding tax).
• Skilled in developing complex custom solutions for FI and CO using BADI or User Exits.
• Familiar with both standard and customized SAP Fiori applications for FICO.
• Knowledgeable in SAP Workflow related to FICO processes.
• Experience with SAP IDOCs (e.g., Bank processes via FEBAN/F110/F111, AR Invoice (VF01), AP Invoice)
• Capable of supporting Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End closing activities in FICO.
• Familiar with FICO tables and able to write comprehensive Functional Specifications; Test Script Preparation and Technical Specification.

NON-Technical

• Analytical Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to break down complex information to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
• Effective Time Management: Capable of prioritizing, planning, and managing time to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to Work Independently: Clear understanding of deliverables and ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Resourcefulness in Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying and utilizing available resources to address challenges effectively.
• Effective Communication: Able to clearly explain issues and solutions to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Work Quality: Ensure solutions are well-documented and perform thorough testing to avoid issues during the GO LIVE phase.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with IT and business team members to facilitate seamless collaboration.

2. GOOD to HAVE  

• Basic ABAP Skills: Ability to perform tasks such as debugging programs.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP SCP (Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Advanced Analytics and Reporting Tools: Experience with platforms like Power BI, SAP BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI integrations with SAP.
• Experience with SAP Implementations: Knowledge of methodologies in PMO, Waterfall, and Agile (Scrum).
• Business Process Re-engineering: Skilled in optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Additional Non-SAP Skills: For example, proficiency with Macros.
