We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Livestream Operation Executive to enhance our rapidly expanding livestream business. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless daily livestream activities, coordinating schedules among teams, overseeing part-time hosts, and contributing to ongoing livestream improvements. A deep passion for data, organized reporting, and operational effectiveness is vital.

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>1. Livestream Scheduling &amp; Coordination</h3>
<ul>
<li>Organize, synchronize, and update the weekly livestream agenda across various platforms</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, presenters, and brands to ensure schedule precision.</li>
<li>Guarantee that all livestream sessions are appropriately staffed, with all necessary product information and agendas prepared. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Host Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Source, evaluate, and onboard part-time livestream presenters.</li>
<li>Manage host availability, task assignments, and debriefings.</li>
<li>Ensure hosts adhere to standard operating procedures, brand standards, and performance criteria. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. Livestream Support &amp; Optimisation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist senior staff in tracking livestream performance metrics.</li>
<li>Implement enhancement strategies: product positioning, script adjustments, engagement prompts, and on-site modifications.</li>
<li>Collect feedback from each session to improve conversion rates and viewer retention. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Data &amp; Reporting</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor daily/weekly livestream key performance indicators (viewership, conversion rates, GMV, and host effectiveness).</li>
<li>Ensure data is accurate, organized, and consistently updated.</li>
<li>Create reports and dashboards for internal evaluation, highlighting challenges and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Assist with A/B testing and operational trials. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Operational SOP &amp; Quality Control</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and enhance livestream standard operating procedures and best practices.</li>
<li>Ensure all livestreams operate without significant technical or logistical issues.</li>
<li>Assist with logistics requirements: product readiness, equipment setup, and studio arrangements. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
